All Girls Pitch-a-thon (AGiP)

An open national call. Every applicant records a 90-second video pitch and receives a profile on the showcase microsite.

  • 90-second video pitch

Filmed on any phone. What you sell, who buys it, what it costs, what capital would change.

  • Microsite showcase

A public profile with your pitch, your story and your category, visible nationally.

  • Public voting and panel assessment

A combined score from public support and an independent assessment panel.

  • National visibility

Media, partner channels and the storytelling engine carry the strongest profiles further.

Outcome: Top 200 advance to the accelerator.

Eligibility to apply

  • Woman-owned or woman-led business, majority ownership
  • Registered and trading in Nigeria
  • At least six months of trading history
  • A product or service currently generating revenue
  • Founder available for the full programme calendar

Stage Two2 weeks

Virtual Accelerator

Two intensive weeks delivered online with academic and ecosystem partners. Practical, assessed, and built around your own numbers.

  • Business strategy

Positioning, pricing, unit economics and the difference between busy and profitable.

  • Financial literacy

Cash cycles, records that a lender will accept, and what your margin actually is.

  • Marketing & brand development

Building demand you own rather than demand you rent.

  • Operations & scale

Systems, suppliers and hiring, making the business work without the founder in every room.

Outcome: Top 20 advance to the bootcamp.

Stage Three7 days

Bootcamp (Onsite)

Seven days in the room together. Coaching, clinics, field experience and pitch refinement, ending in a public showcase and awards ceremony.

  • Coaching & mentorship

Paired with operators who commit to the season, not the photograph.

  • Case studies & field experiences

Site visits to businesses that solved the problem you are currently stuck on.

  • Business clinics

One-to-one sessions on the specific constraint in your operation.

  • Leadership development

Managing people, delegating, and running a company rather than a job.

  • Pitch refinement & investor readiness

Data room basics, valuation literacy and how to answer the hard question.

Outcome: Showcase and awards ceremony. One Grand Winner.
